how to get one ?

  • Child must reside in Ontario

    Currently only available to children residing in Ontario Canada.

  • Diagnosed or relapsed with childhood cancer this year

    Children diagnosed or relapsed on or after January 1st 2022 are eligible.

  • Must be shipped to child's direct address

    No shipping to other addresses. The boost box will be addressed to child directly. * If child is still admitted after diagnosis please let us know and we can make arrangements.

  • Only 1 box per child

  • Fill out the form at the bottom of this page

    Fill out our short form with your info, the child's info and a few details !

  • Checkout!

    Checkout through our easy Shopify page ( for free! ) and put in the child's name and address for the shipping. Once again, the Shipping address MUST be the child's home.

  • Wait for the box to arrive!

    Our Boost Boxes may take 2-3weeks to arrive after your application is submitted. Don't worry it's worth it !
